Primo and wild rice pilaf -- (from Primo packaging, modified)

½ c orzo
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
garlic cloves minced/crushed
1 tsp curry powder
3 c vegetable broth or water
½ c wild rice
1 can drained lentils or lentil soup (broth used in cooking)

Heat butter in small saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is tender but not browned. Stir in curry and cook 1 minute. Add broth. Bring to a boil and add wild rice. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Add orzo. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir in canned lentils and heat through.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
