2 c whole-wheat flour
1½ tsp baking powder
2 c soy milk
4 tbsp vegetable oil - can substitute 1 banana or apple sauce
optional: Chopped pecans & walnuts as required
Add baking powder to the flour in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir in milk and oil (and pecans if using). Prepare on a waffle iron. Serve with maple syrup.
1 egg whipped
1¼ c flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1¼ c milk
optional: cinnamon to taste
Add all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and blend together. Set aside. Heat pan or griddle on high heat and prepare.
