Parmesan Pesto Salad -- (from Kraft)

1 c mayonnaise
½ c finely chopped fresh basil leaves
¼ c parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c penne pasta, cooked
1 c each julienne carrots and zucchini
1 c cherry tomatoes, halved

Combine mayonnaise, basil, parmesan cheese, milk and garlic; mix well.

Add all remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Chill.

Sprinkle salad with additional parmesan cheese.

Makes 6 servings.
