2 rounds lebanese flat bread
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced
1 larger potato, grated
1 onion chopped
125g mushrooms, sliced
10 stuffed olives, sliced
250g mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Spread bread with tomato paste, top with tomato then potato; sprinkle with onion, pepper, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with combined cheeses, cook one at a time on HIGH 8 minutes or until potato is tender and cheese melted.
