1/2 lb firm tofu, crumbled
1/3 c lemon juice
1/3 c nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 c tahini
3 tbsp tamari
3 tbsp water
1 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp turmeric
4 garlic cloves, peeled
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve this sauce warm or at room temperature.
