| 4 ripe avocados, mashed | juice from fresh lemon, sprinkled over avocados |
| 1 onion, chopped | 1 large tomato, chopped |
| 4 cloves garlic, minced | juice from fresh lemon |
| pickled jalapeno peppers, diced | |
| Let stand 2-3 hours @ room temperature. Serve with whatever pleases you. | |

| ¼ red onion, finely diced | 1 tbsp lime juice |
| 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped | ¼ tsp chili flakes |
| salt & pepper to taste | a few drops Tabasco |
| Mash avocados with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. | |
