Guacamole -- (from Jocelyne S.)

4 ripe avocados, mashedjuice from fresh lemon, sprinkled over avocados
1 onion, chopped1 large tomato, chopped
4 cloves garlic, mincedjuice from fresh lemon
pickled jalapeno peppers, diced
Let stand 2-3 hours @ room temperature. Serve with whatever pleases you.

Guacamole -- (from Chef Erika Pawlik, Caper's Kits)

3 ripe avocados3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ red onion, finely diced1 tbsp lime juice
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped¼ tsp chili flakes
salt & pepper to tastea few drops Tabasco
Mash avocados with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients.
