2 tsp margarine or oil
11 oz tofu, drained and crumbled
1 large green onion, sliced
¼ tsp ground turmeric
1 c sliced mushrooms
dash white pepper
¾ c grated soya loaf cheese
Heat margarine and lightly sauté green onion and mushrooms. Add tofu, turmeric, pepper and cheese and cook over low heat until tofu is thoroughly heated, 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water. Serve with toast.
Variations: Add cooking onion and dried tomato.
