Beans and rice salad -- (from Save-On-Foods flyer October 19/97)

cooked brown rice
chopped parsley
green onion
corn
red pepper
carrot
drained beans (any variety)

Combine cooked brown rice with chopped parsley, assorted vegetables (green onion, corn, red pepper, carrot) and drained beans.

Add house dressing to taste. Serve on a bed of romaine.
